Jessica Hische Video Recap

What Jessica and Eric did said and did in their video really inspired me. I was really amazed at the amount of work and dedication that goes into their work and projects. I agree with what Eric said about all ideas being born on paper because no matter where you complete the project, whether it being on paper or on the computer, drawing is a required basic skill for this career. I also liked seeing all of the different kinds of projects they each worked on together and individually since it gives you a glimpse of what they do and what is required of them to complete it. My favorite project was Jessica's book cover designs because they looked very interesting and she probably put a huge amount of work and effort into that project.

Sean Adams Recap

Sean Adams had so much to share about his experiences working in the field of graphic design. From his interview, I learned a couple key things when approaching graphic design as a career choice. One of the important things I learned from him was now that technology has advanced so much, it's good to have a website along with your resume. Another thing I learned is that since technology is so advanced now, you have to be able to adapt to society as it changes. You have to be able to know the trends and what is popular. And the last thing I learned is that graphic design chooses you, not the other way around. In other words, graphic design is in your blood, you don't choose it; either it's the field for you or not.
